FROM NORTH

1.Take A66 from Cockermouth to Workington.

2. At roundabout take junction marked Workington at the end of the Clifton by-pass take 2nd exit on roundabout at Stainburn School signed Workington

3. Follow the road into Workington until you come to a main junction with traffic lights in the town (Marks and Spencer is opposite to your right hand side). Turn Left.

4. Keep going for approximately 400 yards in the left hand lane and go straight through the traffic lights (passing Washington Central Hotel on your right) until you come to a mini roundabout (Kwik Fit is on the corner). Turn right at roundabout onto Harrington Road.

5. Keep going for about half a mile passing Florists on left until you reach a junction with traffic lights (there is a Territorial Army base on the corner). Turn right. [POINT A on map]

6. Go straight on over next roundabout.

7. Follow road over railway bridge. Take next left. You will drive over a railway track, this is Lakes Road. [POINT B on map]

9. Moss Bay House is on your left.

IF YOU GET LOST ASK FOR B&Q or Safeway Superstore which are opposite the entrance to Lakes Road.

FROM SOUTH

1. Take A595 from Whitehaven at Lillyhall Industrial Estate traffic lights take the A597 to Workington passing through High Harrington and Salterbeck. Remain on the A597 as it passes through Clay Flatts Industrial Estate until you reach a major roundabout with Matalan Store to the right.

2. Take the 1st exit to the left at the roundabout

3. Follow from point 7 above.
