Blencathra Business Centre is located within the Lake District National Park on the site of the old Threlkeld Quarry near Keswick and enjoys stunning views of the Cumbrian Fells. The original building was constructed in the 1860’s to manufacture “flagstones” and following refurbishment now provides:

Each Workspace Unit has their own metered water and electricity supplies. There is no gas supply to the area.

The units vary in size from 269ft2 up to 1,550ft2. To provide maximum flexibility for businesses to take advantage of any opportunity that may arise there is no necessity to enter into a long term lease. Occupancy is via a Monthly Licence Agreement that can be terminated at a months’ notice.
